Prior to any student taking home a CDS ipad or laptop, a parent or guardian needs read and sign the Technology Credentials & Use Agreement. This document includes basic guidelines and, most importantly, each student’s sign in (Google) credentials – email, username & password – needed for most online learning platforms.
Please note: the Agreement is the only secure method for sharing student credentials other than getting them verbally. Emailing sign-in credentials is highly discouraged as email is not a secure mode of communication.
The Agreement can be found within the Student Forms Online tab inside MyCDS section of the CDS website: https://www.cds-sf.org/user. Parents will need their own login information to access these pages.
